TeckTrade – Purchase Terms & Conditions 1. Products and Services TeckTrade provides EA Download, EA Live and Demo services for trading automation. 2. Trading Risk Forex, CFD, commodity and cryptocurrency trading involves substantial financial risk. Profit is not guaranteed. Past or backtest performance does not guarantee future results. Customers are fully responsible for their trading decisions, account balance and risk management. 3. EA Download License Each EA Download purchase receives a unique license. The download link is valid for one successful download only. After the EA file has been successfully downloaded, the same download link cannot be used again. The license period starts according to the applicable activation/download rules and remains valid only for the purchased subscription period. 4. MT5 Account Binding A downloaded EA license may be bound to the first MT5 trading account on which it is activated. Once bound, the license cannot be transferred to or used on another MT5 account unless specifically authorised by TeckTrade. 5. License Restrictions Customers must not copy, share, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or provide the EA file or license to another person. 6. EA Live Service EA Live service operates according to the purchased plan and subscription period. Trading continues only while the service and applicable subscription are active. 7. Demo Service Demo access is provided only for the selected demo period and automatically expires after the purchased duration. 8. Payments Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment methods made available by TeckTrade. A purchase becomes active only after successful payment confirmation or manual payment approval, as applicable. 9. Refunds Digital products and activated/downloaded licenses may not be eligible for refund after successful delivery, download or activation, except where required by applicable law or where TeckTrade specifically approves a refund. 10. Service Availability TeckTrade will make reasonable efforts to keep its services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed due to broker, internet, VPS, MT5, market, third-party or technical issues. 11. Customer Responsibility Customers must provide correct contact, email, payment and trading-account information. TeckTrade is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. 12.
