Payment, No Refund & Trading Risk Policy 1. TeckTrade provides trading automation tools/software and related services on a paid rental/subscription basis. 2. Customers pay only for access to or use of the TeckTrade trading tool/service for the selected period. 3. All payments made to TeckTrade are final. Once payment is completed, there is NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION, NO REVERSAL and NO EXCHANGE. 4. TeckTrade does not collect or manage the customer’s trading capital as part of the EA tool rental/service. 5. The customer uses the trading tool on their own trading account and at their own risk. 6. Financial markets can move in any direction at any time. Trading may result in profit, loss, drawdown or loss of capital. 7. TeckTrade does not guarantee profit, fixed returns, income, recovery of losses or any specific trading result. 8. Any profit generated in the customer’s trading account belongs entirely to the customer. 9. Any trading loss, drawdown, loss of capital, broker loss, slippage, spread change, market volatility, execution issue or other trading outcome is entirely the customer’s responsibility. TeckTrade is not responsible for any such trading loss or financial outcome. 10. Backtest results, historical results, demo results, screenshots, examples and previous performance are provided only to demonstrate the tool and do not guarantee future results. 11. By making payment, the customer confirms that they understand that they are paying only for the TeckTrade trading tool/service and fully accept the NO REFUND policy and all trading risks.
